Lion's Mane

Hericium erinaceus

The correct species, and the only Hericium studied for its hericenones and erinacines. Our pure range uses fruiting body only, and ACS Laboratory verifies erinacine-A on every batch.

Reishi

Ganoderma spp.

The bitter one. Triterpenes cause the bitterness, and they are the compounds Reishi is known for. People have drunk it as an evening tonic for centuries.

Oyster mushrooms make ergosterol. Put them under UV light and it converts to vitamin D, the same way your skin does in sunshine.
